Sandy shares her Towne Lake home with her husband, Mike, and their lovable and playful labrador retrievers. She enjoys cooking, decorating, and spending time with her three nieces. One of her greatest personal accomplishments is her twice completion of the Dallas White Rock Marathon.

Cheryl Fridley, Realtor, is a buyer specialist for the Sold by Sandy team. Cheryl's previous career was in marketing and management. She also has extensive construction and building knowledge which enables her to represent new home clients as well as resale clients relative to the myriad issues that come up in home inspections. As a graduate of Ball State University, Cheryl brings a technologically savvy approach to real estate, plus solid business and negotiating skills. Cheryl has lived in Cherokee county since 2005. In addition to real estate, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her children, reading, gardening and remodeling her home.
